The Collaborative Ministry Cohort Internship Program is a 10-month internship designed to equip, encourage, and engage urban, inner-city pastors, and potential church planters with the tools and practical real world training to lead in their unique context of ministry.
Potential church planters will gain practical ministry experience as well as unique leadership training. Current urban inner-city pastors will be equipped with resources, training, and leadership development to move their churches to a position of health and growth for the future.
Applicants must demonstrate leadership qualities, a track record of serving well in the local church, and an eager willingness to learn and apply the different aspects of ministry being demonstrated throughout the term of the internship. As well as meet the leadership qualification found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and demonstrate through assessment a passion to reproduce.
